We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about solar energy solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed company targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels including cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs and determine the best solar solutions.
- Provide detailed information about our solar products and services, including installation processes and benefits.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
- Demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for post-sales support and follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 years regular experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar technology and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities.
